THE BRIEF
We won the project to consolidate the previous five websites and to develop the new web identity and website of Gum-tech, an indoor and outdoor rubber tiles factory. Additional task was to develop a professional floor planning web app for which we brought in our partner Promera Management Ltd.
The brief called for a webshop like mechanism with all the products in all colors and sizes which could be assembled to an order list and sent for quotation.
Our client provided the web copy and all the photos and 3D images of the products.

THE DEVELOPMENT
The webdesign was created in house with several rounds but at the end all parties agreed that it reflects all the qualities of our client.
We opted for our go-to webshop engine, Woocommerce but we heavily modified it. We hid the prices, renamed Cart and Checkout pages to Offer list and Sending the Offer and turned off shipment options while retaining the easy upload and maintenance capabilities of the products. All the notification emails were transformed to reflect the quotation process as well.
We developed stylish product category pages which act in replacement of the previous four product category websites. We made two simple but beautiful calculators, a climate calculator on Green Choice and a drop height calculator on Calisthenics page for professional use.
Parallel with our work Promera finished the floor planning app for which we designed a beautiful UI to reflect the same web identity.
